Switchboard - trouble opening reports

Hi,

I have two users who, when they click on the switchboard menu, the reports
do not open. Other users have no problems opening the reports. We are using
Access 2003. I am unsure of what the problem is.

I've had this happen to my users.
I compacted the database and it suddenly worked. Go figure.
The other thing is to make sure your report isn't already open behind the
switchboard form.

I'm assuming, of course, that the application is identical on all users'
machines.

I have already compacted the database. The report is not open behind the
scenes. I believe all users have Access 2003. Not sure about servicepacks.

Does each user have his/her own copy of the front end or is it shared?

If it is a shared multi-user database (not split into front end and back
end) the trouble is machine related. I'm guessing service pack differences.

By the way, if it is not split, it should be. Access is terrible with
multi-user databases.
