Switchboard setting up

After setting up the switchboard form to open on start up, when I click on an
item it opens on the back of the switchboard form and I cannot surf it unless
I close up the switchbord form. There is only one item that opens up on top
of the switchboard.--

Check to see if the switchboard is set to PopUp. Change this to no maybe that
helps.

Thank you. What I did? I deleted the switchboard and its items and created a
new one. It's working okay now.
