Switchboard Maximizing Problem

I am experiencing a problem using the standard Microsoft Access Switchboard.
Please review the following steps to describe my problem (it is abridged,
but encompasses the problem I am having at work and saves from describing
the particularities).

1) Create a simple table in Access
2) Open Table and use AutoReport to create a report and save it
3) Have access build the switchboard with one item simply opening this
report
4) Perform the necessary steps to make the switchboard as the Autostart
Form.

Okay, the problem I am having is that when my users use this switchboard to
open the report, they almost always maximize the opened report. No problem
there, but when they close the report, the switchboard also returns but in a
maximized state. Anyway to not make the switchboard get maximized simply
because the report was maximized? If I have to use code, no problem, just a
simple direction will be all that I need. Thanks in advance and I hope I
was able to describe the behavior adequately.

Perfect! Worked like a charm. Finally that irritation is gone! I can't
tell you how long (and in how many solutions) i've put up with that.

Use DoCmd.Restore in the Form_Activate Event of the Switchboard Form.
