Switchboard doesn't open

I selected TOOLS/DATABASE UTILITIES/SWITCHBOARD MANAGER and configured a
switchboard. How do I start or run the switchboard? I see a switchboard items
table but no option to intiate or run the switchboard. I closed out and
restarted the database several times but no switchboard???

The Switchboard is a form. The Switchboard Items table is used by the form
and you should not mess with it directly unless you keep a good backup.

With the database open to the Database window, go to Tools, Startup, and
select Switchboard as the Display Form. The next time you start the database,
the Switchboard will show.

I created a switchboard thru the Switchboard Manager, but it didn't
auto-create my switchboard form in the Forms Module... Am I missing
something? My switchboard is no where to be found! (except the table).

Has it really been 10 months or has there been a mistake? Your orignal
message was on 2/17/2006 and I'm getting a reply on 12/7/2006!

Anyway delete both the Switchboard form and Switchboard Items table. Then
start over. That usually fixes it.
