Switch locales causes "Common Language Runtime Debugging Services"

Hi All

When I switch locales I get a pop up from my .net app saying "Common
Language Runtime Debugging Services". When I switch back to Enlgish US
it works just fine. Does anybody have any insight?, experienced this
bug? or have a work around?

There was probably an error code mentioned which is usually there on the "Common Language Runtime Debugging Services" error dialog.
Knowing the error code may help much.
