app.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

hi,

I am getting below error message when we do some action at runtime. This
happening only in few computers.

=================================================
app.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x1184(4484), Thread id=0xadc(2780)

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
=================================================

It looks a well know issue for most of the developers. could some body
please give the solution for the above problem?
