Common Language Runtime Debugging Services - Launch Error

Can anyone help with the following error trying to launch .NET programs

ConfigWizards.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Service

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0x9a0(2464), Thread id=0x760(1888

Click OK to terminate the applicatio
Click CANCEL to debug the applicatio

Clicked Cance
No debugger foun
Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugge
with the following command resulted in an error code 0x2(2
Please check computer setting
cordbg.exe !a0x8f

Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually

Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request

You wouldn't happen to have gotten a resolution to this problem have you? I have been troubleshooting a .NET problem w/a customer for a month now & discovered the .NET wizards do not launch either.
