Switch from OE to Outlook

What would be the best way to switch form OE to Outlook
and keep all emails, contacts, etc?
 
double click on outlook.

Say 'yes' when it asks whether you want to import

need more info, are you on a mac or windows machine. what
versions are you running on oe/outlook.

If you are on a windows machine, you can use the
import/export wizard in outlook.
