swf files in powerpoint

i want to insert an swf file into my powerpoint presentation. at present all
i can do is create a hyperlink to the file but i get a virus window message
first which i have to allow before it opens the swf file in a seperate
window. Is there anyway around the virus window and anyway of playing the swf
file (which has navigation in it) within the powerpoint presntation itself??

Would appreciate any solutions today if possible.

There's a blog here that has instructions on embedding flash in Mac Office.
