Second only to spammers...

Hate'm both. There was a certain domain name a potential customer
wanted, but the f'ing-squatter was asking $4000 for it and this
potential customer is a small business who has less than $5k profit
last year.
 
Wow! And this person did both! :-)

Yep, that is how this yoyo makes $2000 a month.

Worse yet, the book probably tells you to look for domains about to expire
and grab them. Then, when the original owner wants his name back, he pays
you ... for nothing.

To me, it is a lot like finding somebody's bike on the street and selling it
back to him.
