SwbemLocator error after login

I have a user that gets the following error when they login to their pc.
Error:
1261: Ole:Exception
On line:
Service=Locator.ConnectServer(ComputerName)
WinBatch 32 2003E
WIL Version: 4.0eda

Additional info
[OLE Exception]
Swbemlocation=No such interface supported
[OLE DLL]
Function=Invoke (1)
ErrorCode=9 (0x80020009)
ErrorDesc=Exception occurred.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Already tried several of the suggestions from Google before I posted. Error
still pops up.
