Swapping Rows & Columns

Copy your data (select it and press Ctrl-V)

Select a cell where there is ample room for your data

Press Alt-E, S, E (Edit->Paste special->Transpose)
 
A quick way is to select the data and use Edit | Copy (or [ctrl]+[C]) and
then pick the place where you want to put it in the new layout and use
Edit | Paste Special
and be sure and click the checkbox next to "Transpose" just above the
buttons, and then click the [OK] button.
