svchost.exe

How can i stop my pc from doing so many times svchost.exe
cuz sometimes i see it like 6 times repeated and it takes
a good porcent of my CPU Usage as i see in the
taskmanager any help to minimize that would be "apreciada"

unnecessary .

i tried that once and my windows xp seemed like windows
98 hell that was rare to me hehehehe but that's why i
need to know cuz i dont know what are those i mean i did
that the other day and it didnt restore until y re-start
my pc but thankns for ur help man
