Ok, I have a customer who gets the following error at the control-alt-delete
screen. Novell is installed on the computer:

SVChost.exe application error - The installation application ox754s2e2e
reference memory at ox754s2e2e memory could not be read.

90% of the time, this is indicative of an infection by
malware - virus, trojan, spyware, etc.

Do a complete scan/removal cycle with current
signatures and if the problem persists do
a setup-mode repair on Windows.
