Hello,

I have a PIII 1Ghz with 384 Mo of ram and Windows 2000 sp4,
a process named svchost.exe is always present and take
100% of my resources.

Thanks for your help.
 
There is a virus that causes all sorts of problems re: svchost. Sounds like you got it. There are some fixes described in Knowledge base here. Also, lots of stuff on the net about it. Do a MSN or Google search on SVCHOST VIRUS
