I get the message svchoust.exe. has generated errors and will be closed by windows you will need to restart program an error log is being created.then my computer freezes up an I have to reboot. I would appriate any help cause this is driving me crazy. Thanks Rick

Are you running SP4?; If not, go to www.microsoft.com and update to SP4; This usually corrects the problem
