svchost.exe problem

we have a LAN system. We are getting an error message "svchost.exe". After
getting this we get many problems like buttons are not clicked, paste option
is disabled and many more. Then we have to restart the system. Again after 10
to 15 min we get this problem. Many times we have format our each node and
server as well. but till we are getting this problem.
 
I solve the problem after windows update. There are some security patch need
to install.
