SvcHost.exe is hogging CPU resources!

hi all!

I am facing problem with SvcHost.exe which is maxing out
my CPU to 100 %. I read RSA security issues but didn't
get any help from them.
I have also read all Microsoft support topics regarding
this issue but none of them works for me!

Please advice, need help Asap!
