svchost.exe (Infected)can't delete

I keep getting a virus warning located in the above
captioned file, but I can't delete it.Mcafee detects and
deletes but it embeded in the file, I have changed the
configuration so the program does not load up but I would
like to delete it and reinstall.Help.

You need to do a more formal cleanup of the damage done by the Welchia worm,
