svchost.exe - errors, need help

Hi,
I keep getting the message that svchost.exe has generated
errors etc.... Only rebooting is helping.
Seems (but not sure) that it occurs while having same time
communication on both e-mail (sending/receiving etc) AND
explorer.

Status and Actions:
The Windows 2000 is fully up-to-date with all pactahes and
packs. Also checked:

Regularly updated Norton AV 2000 is being used. This page
was reviewed (and the FixBlast tool was used, no worm was
detected.

Check again with the removaltool from www.sophos.com/support/desinfection
which will look for registry-entries as well and remove them.
After that apply ms03-039 and check if it's properly installed.

Use a firewall before connecting to internet, this will block rpc
problem, cause you have msblast. To be sure it's msblast, try this :
don't launch any internet connection, stay offline. If no error appears,
then try by connecting to internet. If an error appear, you have
msblast, if not, i don't know...
