svchost.exe error

after svchost.exe errored(30 min when I turned on my
computer), I cannot use Media Player, view Flash webpage
and drag icons. I need to reboot my computer

how to stop it?
 
Are any event id's associated with the errors?
Do you recall any changes on or about the time in which they began?
Try safe mode and see if the error occurs there.
If not, add services, a few at a time, until the problem reoccurs.
You could also run a virus scan from housecall.trendmicro.com because
viruses can also cause svchost errors.
