svchost.exe creates errors

From the event log I get:
The COM+Event System detected a bad return code during its
internal processing.
HRESULT 800 706BA from line 42 of \eventsystobi.cpp
Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services to report
this error.

On the MS website I did not find how to report the error
 
Go under the Find button type in svchost under subject it should answer your
question
