service pack 3.I have SQL Server 2000 desktop installed
and .Net SDK 1.0 installed as additional application. The

Whenever I'm connecting to the internet through my dial-up
connection I am receiving the following error message:-

svchost.exe- application error.
The instruction at <referenced memory location> could
not be read.

Then the RPC service on the Windows 2000 Professional
shuts down.No other apllication ,viz, Ms Office etc. runs
and copy and paste functions are not working.
