I have another program (Picture to TV) that allows me to make a storybook/movie of stills and record them in SVCD format. The Windows Movie Maker has many more options for effects and transitions, but apparently no SVCD recording options. Any suggestions on how to get the benifits of both in one program...I do not have a DVD burner, only a player.
 
Can you import a dv-avi made by movie maker in to picture to tv, in order to
make your svcd. Otherwise try something like nero?
