suspended installation

when installing any new program i get the msg that there is a program suspend
in install and i must undo that first any body help plz
 
Hi

Make sure there are no programs running in the background while you are
installing a new program. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del keys to bring up Windows Task
Monitor. Highlight a program that is running and click End Task button to
stop the program from running. Do this to all programs that are listed in the
Windows Task Monitor. When you are done with this, then try installing the
new program that you want and you should not have any program suspended in
install.
