Hi all, sometimes when I'm emailing with a friend, the
word "suspect" shows up in the subject line.

I'm on Outlook 2003 and he's on Outlook 2000. My work is
on Exchange 5.5.

any thoughts of what is causing this? How do I fix?

thanks, lesk

What do you have the Junk Mail Settings on? Low|Med|High?

This is the only thing I can think of...

The mail is probably going through some filter ... outbound on your
server, or inbound on your friends server, to check the mail for
something .. then adding the text into the subject field. SpamAssassin
can do this, but by default it uses other words. Perhaps an
administrator somewhere changed it. Look at the mail's Messsage Header
to try to get some clues.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

I'm not using cached mode or junk mail filters.

i haven't seen it come up yet since I started a new email
with my friend. I'm watching it tho.
