Cannot read the Body or the Subject of the Email

Hello friends, one of our users recieved an email, of which he cannot read
either the body or the subject matter, But he is able to see the subject
matter in the auto preview, but he is not able to see anything in the
reading pane. He is using Outlook 2003, and we are running Exchange 5.5 in
the back. I have played around with different mail formats but still no
luck. Does anybody know what is going on. Thanks.

Check the user's settings under View>Arrange by>Current View>Customize & make sure Messages is selected instead of "unread messages" or something else.
