SUS Servers vs WUS Servers

For those in corporate or educational environments, you my have issues
updating definitions if your machine gets its updates from a local SUS server
rather than a WUS (Windows Update) Server. We were getting the 0x00800b error
before we moved clients from our SUS back to WUS via a domain group policy.

we are using WUS and where getting errors until i turned off "windows
defender" updates within the WUS interface, saved out, then went back in and
enabled it again.

after this we then received the definition update through the automatic
update "yellow shield". This is very annoying because every morning every
computer has the yellow shield and needs to be installed. I am looking for a
way for it to just install it with out having it just install all the other
updates microsoft might release.
