SUS Group Policy question

Using SUS through group policies - is it possible to make
it so that users can't cancel or delay an update that
needs to be implemented?
 
As long as the users aren't administrators on the workstation and you have
it configured to auto-update they can't control the push.

The problem is that the users are set up as admin to the
workstation. Any other work around???
