sus admin update schedule

using sus admin and AD/Group Policy, how do you set the
time that clients contact the sus server. I would like to
set all clients to request security patches in the wee
hours of the morning. Somewhere I thought I read it is a
random thing within a range of 7 - 22 hours. This I do not
want if possible.
