Survey forms

Hi again,

As a new user, I'm struggling to learn Access and create a database/data
entry forms for collecting survey data. There are multiple types of survey
forms, but all have multiple choice answers to the questions. I'd appreciate
any suggestions -- or samples -- to help me set this up. I've created the
tables that make sense to me, but the forms are giving me difficulty.

Thanks,

Thanks for both messages. I'm getting to both sites now and will work on
this some more tomorrow.

Duane just returned from near Jeff Conrad's stomping grounds so if you have
any questions, fire away.

WHAT?!!
Why was I not informed of this?
The local authorities have strict orders to notify me if any MVPs are in the area.
Heads are going to roll now!
You must have been using an alias.

May I ask how far away?
Were you caught in the ice storm last weekend?

Actually I wasn't too close (Seattle) but much closer than I have been in
over a year. Apparently I was close enough to share the same cruddy weather.
I have experienced much better weather in past trips to the great northwest.
If I call ahead, can you arrange for some Sun?

Ok then, you are off the hook *this* time Duane.
Actually we just missed out on the heavy ice and rain storms that
hit most of the Northwest. Portland was hit especially hard with freezing rain.
Many flights out of PDX were delayed and/or cancelled.
Cha-ching! (inside joke)

You want sun in Seattle? Isn't that an oxymoron?
I believe if you want sun in Seattle you need to be there
the second week of August. Can't do any better than that.

If you want some sun and great outdoors, come here!
We have well over 300 days of sunshine a year.
Beautiful resorts, great skiing, and mountain scenery
to awe over.
