What does that mean? If you're asking how to send a message to a whole
bunch of folks without any of them seeing each other's email addresses,
place them in the Bcc: box rather than the To: or the cc: box.
If your version of Outlook requires something in the to box, then put
yourself there (so you won't have to reveal even one person), and everyone
else in the Bcc: line.
