Support wait time

I have been waiting over two ours to talk with a
Microsoft Support Professional. I suggest that Bill
Gates hire a few more people.

Most likely the "tech" your waiting to talk to doesn't even work for
microsoft. Most help desks are farmed out. Try posting your question here
for a quick answer.
