support on video files

H

Hani

I recently installed Windows XP Professional on my
computer and since the insallation, I have not been able
to view movie files such as divx up to a certain size.
The file plays but only in the form of a sound file. I
have tried installing other media players to fix this
problem. The error has something to do with the file not
being supported by Windows Media Player 9. How may I
correct this problem?

Thank You
