Windows 2000 or Microsoft Office? I'm really puzzled as to why you are
asking about "support" being dropped?

Bob,
The vendor had no clue as to what they were talking
about. After careful research we found that the problem
was with the compile options within VB. It appears that
with SP4 some of the defaults have changed. The vendor in
this case needs to recompile the program and send new
dlls. Sorry for the confusion. Needless to say they
threw us for a loop too.
