Support for Bugs in Outlook 2007...

How are we supposed to get support for bugs in Outlook 2007?

I looked on the website and it seems my cheapest option is $99 per support
incident.

What ever happened to having 30 days of support for new installations?

My post here got no help. Seems to be MS's fault, but they want $$ to be
able to fix their own problems.

Doesn't seem fair to me.

If your issue is a genuine bug that support fees are waved. In fact the
first 90 days are free as well for when Office 2007 and Windows Vista are
