Supplied Program "ArcSoft PhotoImpression 5"

My computer was pre-installed with Windows XP Pro and numerous software
titles. My question relates to "ArcSoftPhotoImpression 5". After using the
program it will not terminate properly. Two system errors come up.

"PhotoImpression: PhotoImpression.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x7c911f6c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "read".

The instruction at "0x01d5d9e" referenced memory at "0x07312eec". The
memory could not be "read".

What is the cause of this error message and how can it be corrected.

This is presumably not a Windows issue. Questions like like this are best
addressed by the maker of the software. Contact ArcSoft.
