Superfluous line spacing

Use SHIFT+Enter for single line return.

Using enter produces a new paragraph. (double line)
Shift/enter will give you a single line.
 
How do i get rid of superfluous line spacing without editing the html?

despite whole document formatted to single line spacing - some lines a
double line spaced
