SuperFetch and ReadyBoost

I was under the impression that these are two different things, see

However, there are loads of sites talking about the USB flash memory thing
and calling it SuperFetch as well. I thought this was ReadyBoost?

ReadyBoost uses a USB "flash"whatever as ram.
Superfetch is just another version of Prefetch.

Also I turned of indexing.........
I don't need superfetch or prefetch.........(same thing, diff names)
Superfetch"learns"what progs you use the most and loads them into
memory..............
