A GUI to ffmpeg, mencoder, mplayer, ffmpeg2theora &
the theora/vorbis RealProducer plugIn.


SUPER supports a wide variety of input/source file format to play
or encode (to & from) without any additional third party software:

-- Video format: 3gp/3g2(Nokia,Siemens,Sony,Ericsson) asf,
avi (DivX,H263,H263+,H264,Xvid,MPEG4,MSmpeg4 etc..),
fli, flc, flv (used in Flash), mpg (Mpeg I,Mpeg II),
mov (H263,H263+,H264,MPEG4 etc..), mp4 (H263,H263+,
H264,MPEG4), ogg, qt, rm, str (Play Station), swf (Flash),
viv, vob, wmv
-- Audio format: ac3, amr, mp2, mp3, mp4, ogg, ra, wma

SUPER supports the conversion (encoding) to most of the
above mentioned formats.

To list few examples:
-- drag & drop any video file and extract ONLY the sound (audio)
in mp2, mp3, ac3 or amr_nb (for Nokia) format.
-- convert any type of video to your favorite PocketPC or
Mobile phone 3gp /3g2 format (or vice versa).
-- convert swf Flash that contains video to any other format.
-- convert any type of video to DivX / Xvid (or vice versa).
-- convert RealMedia file to any other format.
-- convert any type of video to MP4 (or vice versa).
-- convert any type of video to Mov (or vice versa).
-- convert any type of video to VCD, SVCD, DVD (or vice versa).

Looks good, if it can convert WMA to either MP3 or OGG.
(both formats are OK. It's for playing on a Linux box used as "audio
player")

I'd say it's a file converter with mplayer as a multimedia player.
As a matter of fact, and the authors are VERY modest about it, it's a gui
for several encoders and one player, mplayer.

Well, if you're looking for an almost anything to almost anything
converter, this is your program! I've played with it a bit and even though
it has some flaws, audio out of sync when converting quicktime, ugly vid
when converting real media, I am truly impressed. It is mighty fast.
The gui is very clear and simple.

This Encoder/Player GUI is really a neat program. I've been playing
with all its functions and I'm surprised of the good job done by the
author.
I've made several 3gp's for my phone and my friend's phone I also
encoded several other video clips into mp4. (great qiality)
Now it supports avisynth, that gives a great flexibility to add several
filtering effetcs before encoding.

The name of the software is in the subject line...I installed it but every
time I ran the program it tried to call home...deleted it thereafter.
