I see that "a footballer" has been named despite the super injunction still being in place.

And, anyway, who the hell cares what all these so called celebtiies are up to.
 
He's been 'named' for ages, just no one was officially 'allowed' to report it. ;)

Using parliamentary privilege to break the court order, he said it would not be practical to imprison the 75,000 Twitter users who had named the player.
