Super-Fast User Switcher

I had PowerToys installed on another computer and PowerToys gave me the
ability to use <Alt>-Q to switch directly from user session to user session
without going through the logon screen. I bought a new computer (Windows XP
Media Center 2005) and downloaded/installed PowerToys but this feature
doesn't seem to be included.

I LOVED that feature and miss it sorely. I've looked throughout the MS
websites but can't find a word about it. Was it removed from PowerToys? Is
there a way to get it back?

I believe that PowerToy was removed by MS - don't remember the exact reason,
except vaguely it happened around the time the new PowerToys were released
to accompany the XP SP2 release. Maybe SP2 no longer supports it.
I also know, "fast user switching" is disabled when a XP Pro (or MCE)
machine is joined to a domain, maybe that was a driving factor - just don't
remember.
I have heard if you can find the old pre-SP2 PowerToys, they still work - ah
now I remember, some of the PowerToys when installed on XP Home machines
enabled features normally only available on XP Pro - so MS yanked them and
released new versions, removing the features or tweaks allowed Pro features
to be enabled on Home - I don't know, I've slept since then, maybe I'm
blurring a couple of things together.
