SUMPRODUCT Question

I'm trying to use this formula, but its not working, what am I doing wrong?

=SUMPRODUCT(--('The Worker Be!'!A3:A99=C9),--('The Worker
Be'!d3:d99)=E7),'The Worker Be'!aa3:aa99)
 
Try debugging the formula usingg the following

Tools - formula auditing - evaluatte formula

Post where the problem is occuring.
