I have lost the summary tab when I right click a .jpg or .gif file, then
select properties. All I now have in properties is the General & picture
tabs. Anyone know how I can get the summary tab back? I still have the
summary tab with .tif .bmp & .mp3 files.
Robert.

Robert,

JPG Properties Summary tab is missing or blank- No EXIF information is
displayed:

Thank you for that Ramesh. Just what I'm looking for. The link says at the
bottom that it could be caused by installing third party software, this
looks like the cause in my case. I had tried using system restore, but I got
errors when the system tried to reinstall my office suite. (Don't know why
it tried to reinstall anything). So I just undid the restore to sort this.
Suppose I could have just uninstalled office, then do a reinstall from the
CD to get round the system restore problem. Never mind all's well now.
Thanks again,
Robert.

Glad that helped, Robert.
