sum question

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet1!B2:B30>=250),--(Sheet1!B2:B30<=1000),Sheet1!B2:B30)

Simplest way,

=SUMIF(Sheet2!B:B,">=250")-SUMIF(Sheet2!B:B,">=1000")
