Suggestions for updating

Hello,

My website is at www.planitearth.co.uk

In the top right of each page, there is a table detailing some statistics
(part of my template). I would like to be able to update some of the
information in the table without using Frontpage. Basically, I shall be on
the road and will not always be able to plug in my laptop, so will have to
use internet cafe's. Being able to do this will also mean that I do not need
to upload my whole site each time I upload the table part of my template.

Specifically, I would like to do the following:
1) Update the mileage. The departure mileage (e.g. 10,500) will be fixed,
but then if I could enter the current mileage (e.g. 15,000) somewhere and it
could calculate the distance travelled (e.g. 4,500).
2) Update the hyperlink for the 'co-ordinates'. I would like to be able to
paste in a link to a place in googlemaps.
3) For the 'current location' and 'next stop' to simply be able to input a
string of text.

Yes, I think a Content Management System is the way to go. Which one depends
on what your server supports. I havea little list at
www.hlrnet.com/intcms.htm
