Suggestions for a USB 2.0 PCI Adapter Card

I was wondering if anyone has suggestions as to which
vendor has good USB 2.0 PCI Cards...Brand and model
 
I have an Adaptec Duo card, which has both USB and firewire (IEEE 1394).
Works well. However, this technology is getting to be so common that I
suspect almost any major brand will work under XP.

A couple of hinst: Install SP-1 fo XP, before the USB card. Install the
card, reboot, and let XP install its own drivers, automatically. Then, use
the windows update feature of XP to see if Microsoft has any newer drivers.
Unless the card flat out refuses to function, do not attempt to install
drivers that come with it, since these are often intended for pre-XP
operating systems.
