Suggestion for KVM compatible with wireless mouse/keyboard?

Hi.....am desperately trying to find a simple KVM with VGA & USB (no PS2)
that supports a wireless keyboard and mouse. Anyone have ideas or specific
product reviews? I haven't found much when I've searched....any advice
appreciated. It doesn't have to be perfect, just basically reliable.

Probably irrelevant detail: the setup involves a WinXP box and a MacMini
running OSX. The MacMini works perfectly well with a non-Apple wireless
mouse right now...I'm not too worried about OS compatibility.

I appreciate your taking the time to reply, but if you will closely inspect
the name of this newsgroup, you will observe the word "hardware" prominently
displayed therein. And if you were to then take a quick look at the other
questions in here, you might notice that they also concern .... hardware. It
isn't a newsgroup used exclusively by those with burning questions about
Microsoft USB mice; it wouldn't get much traffic in that case.

Anyone else?

I think that any USB KVM switch will do it, but the cheaper ones don't allow
for the on screen displays and audio can be indifferent..

There is one on the page that can even share peripheral devices, I think..

Great - thanks, Mike. I didn't know whether I could just plug the USB
transmitters directly into a regular KVM and have them do ...well, squat.

Nope, you are BOTH wrong, Yes, hardware is part of the title, but the
other part is XP. Put that together, and you get the obvious:
Hardware interactions with the OS.

A KVM switch operates independently of the OS, and as such does not
belong HERE.

While I am highly flattered that you've singled out my little thread for
such devoted attention, surely you must have better things to do with your
valuable time than bother to reply when you aren't attempting an actual,
relevant answer (nor politely directing me to a more relevant group).

My question is hardware related, and I have XP. It's not like I came in here
asking whether I was overwatering my ficus plant. Lighten up.

Then in that case I have a DVD player above my monitor that is not
working properly. Hell, it's hardware and does have a chip in it that
controls it, so I guess this is the right place to ask questions
regarding it, right?

If the question concerns the compatibility of your DVD player with your
WinXP computer, then ask away - perhaps whomever replies will have better
manners than you've demonstrated in this thread. If all you have to
contribute are nit-picking and erroneous 'usenet nanny' scoldings containing
no constructive comment, you might spend your time in more worthwhile
pursuits. I believe there's an exciting philately newsgroup just down the
hall.

I would think a so-called "MVP" would realize what this group is FOR
and not spout the trash you do. It brings down my opinion of you down
a notch - meaning you are now at -1 notch.
