Suggestion for changing one character using VBA

I'm comping the following cell up to four time and would like to change the 1
(the 14th position). Any suggestions?

="This is page 1 of "&Model_info!$G$26+3&" pages and is not valid unless all
pages are included."

If you are copying over to contiguous cells in the same row, then:
="This is page " & Column(A1) & " of "&Model_info!$G$26+3&" pages and is not
valid unless all
pages are included."

If you are copying down (still need to be contiguous):
="This is page " & Row(A1) & " of "&Model_info!$G$26+3&" pages and is not
valid unless all
pages are included."

Unfortunately, I'm doing neither - the information will be in the same column
but down many rows - and the number of rows will not be consistent between
the copies...
