Suggest Names While Completing .....

Is there anyway to remove a "suggested name" short of
actually turning this feature off?

Our CEO's PA has returned from leave but her home email
address keeps popping up as an option.

When Outlook suggests the name, highlight it with the arrow keys and then
press the delete key.

If you want to learn more about the contents of your autocomplete file, you
can open it using a utility that we developed. It can be found at
www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm. It's call Owtlook. This utility can be
used to quickly edit or add information to your autocomplete file. In
addition you can export it for use in other applications.

If you have a scenario where the 1000 entry limitation of the NK2 file has
been reached, our utility can be quite useful by letting you export unwanted
entries for later import into a contacts folder, etc. Then, after unwated
entries are removed, delete them from the NK2 file.
